Goodbye Limiting Beliefs! 2 years ago I was so disgusted with my physical appearance that I went all in on going to the gym.This led to me losing weight and making some better decisions with my food consumption. But after 18 months the progress had stagnated and the gains had become harder to come by.I reached out to LouQ and explained my situation and how I needed help to get to the next level to achieve my goal of having six pack abs. I’ll be honest, it was not easy, the discipline and dedication required pushed me to my limits but the results far exceeded my expectations physically, mentally and nutritionally.I know how to train far beyond what I thought were my limitations previously, I have a greater understanding of supplements, when they are required and why they are important, why weight training needs to be structured and purposeful without distractions and have gained an appreciation for whole foods, healthy eating and the discipline required to meal prep.If you’re willing to give it 100% by no longer making excuses, killing your ego and pushing yourself beyond what you think you’re capable of, then this program will change your life in so many ways that will lead to you being successful not only in the gym but outside of it as well. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with LouQ (Lourence De Meyer) in the last 4 months. He has had an immense impact on my development.
Before I started with LouQ I was struggling with diet and performance and even having back problems from not doing exercises correctly, once I started with LouQ and getting on a strict diet and workout plan I have transformed my body and health and I'm in the best shape I have ever been at 35 years old.
I can say that LouQ has a keen passion and dedication in pushing you to your limits and making sure you do everything to plan.
DO NOT miss a weekly update with LouQ. I found out the hard way as he will turn into a drill Sergeant at the gym and push you to your limits and make sure you never forget to miss one again haha!
He has a good community of clients at the gym that work together and push each other daily. I am grateful to have found a great coach like LouQ!

LouQ helped me with a 12 week nutrition plan to get ready for my first Hyrox in Auckland.He quickly got the plan dialed in so it had a positive impact straight away, I had more energy at the right time of day, was able to push harder during workouts and it really helped with recovery as the workload increased.I dropped 8% body fat in the first 5 weeks and was able to gain muscle so I didn't lose any power but was much lighter on my feet.Throughout LouQ did a great job of adapting the plan to the training programme and even around my dislike for vitamins and supplements.His knowledge and support made all the difference, I highly recommend him to anyone serious about taking their training to the next level.
