Goodbye Limiting Beliefs!

2 years ago I was so disgusted with my physical appearance that I went all in on going to the gym.

This led to me losing weight and making some better decisions with my food consumption. But after 18 months the progress had stagnated and the gains had become harder to come by.

I reached out to LouQ and explained my situation and how I needed help to get to the next level to achieve my goal of having six pack abs.
